Privacy & Cookie Information
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This page explains how Channel Platform Service Pty Ltd, trading as ORDER NOW, uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on the ORDER NOW website and on public shop pages. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kit storage, pixels and tags. They can remember information between page visits, keep the Service secure, measure how a feature performs or support advertising.
Technologies needed to provide the Service
ORDER NOW may use browser storage and similar technologies where necessary to:
- keep users signed in and maintain secure sessions;
- remember carts, checkout progress and service preferences;
- protect the Service, prevent fraud and diagnose errors; and
- provide functionality requested by a user.
Blocking or clearing these technologies may sign you out, clear saved choices or prevent parts of the Service from working correctly.
Google AdSense advertising
Eligible web shop pages may display advertisements supplied by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve and measure advertisements. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on a user's visit to ORDER NOW and/or other websites.
These technologies may be used to:
- select and deliver contextual or personalised advertisements, where permitted;
- limit how often an advertisement is shown;
- measure advertisement delivery, engagement and performance; and
- detect invalid traffic, abuse and fraud.
Google AdSense is not loaded on ORDER NOW's Capacitor-based native app pages. Other third-party services used by the app or website are described in our Privacy Policy.
Regional privacy choices
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ORDER NOW uses a Google-certified consent management platform on ad-supported pages. Where required, it asks for consent before advertising cookies or personal data are used for personalised advertising. Visitors can accept, reject or manage the available purposes and vendors. Ads may be contextual or limited when personalised advertising is not permitted.
For visitors covered by supported US state privacy laws, ad-supported pages may provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice. This communicates the visitor's choice to Google and may result in restricted data processing and non-personalised advertising.
These regional messages are shown according to the visitor's location and the regulations supported by Google's privacy messaging service. They are not intended to appear to every visitor in Australia or other regions.
Your choices
- Use the privacy choices or “Do Not Sell or Share” control shown by Google on an ad-supported page when it is available in your region.
- Review or change Google advertising personalisation in Google Ads Settings.
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and site data. This may affect essential ORDER NOW features as described above.
